Manage Projects - The Project Portal

What is a Project Portal?

The Project Portal is displayed when you first launch present4D VR-Suite. From this screen, you can create, download, launch, and share your projects.

The Project Portal represents the set of projects associated with a particular VR-Suite license. It can also be accessed by the Project Portal Menu Manage Project Portals. Additional Project Portal can be purchased for your License so you can share projects with specific users.

The VR-Suite Project Portal is a powerful tool to share projects with clients or with others in your organization. If you give someone access to your Project Portal, they can view all the presentations that are displayed. To share only certain presentations with each client, set up individual Project Portals for them. Related link: Manage Project Portals.
